We had so much fun doing live blog updates from four high school football stadiums last Friday night that we’re doing it again tonight — from five stadiums, starting at 6:30 p.m.
DH sports writer Bob Lundeberg downloaded the ScribbleLive app for
his iPhone, so he can do updates from the Lebanon-Willamette game at Heath Stadium. Bob called me a few minutes ago to say that he couldn’t log on with his email address, so he tried mine. That’s fine except my photo will appear with each of his posts. (7 p.m. update: Bob didn’t have to be me. He got his own avatar.)
I will not be at Heath Stadium, or in Oregon for that matter. I’m on a BART train just outside San Francisco heading to Miilbrae. From there I will walk a mile to my mother’s house, where I plan to moderate the live blog.
My mother says she’ll give
up watching ‘Jeopardy’ tonight. She’s looking forward to seeing her first live blog. On an iPad.
