Since the late 1960s, I’ve been a big adherent of recycling, and I’ve done it faithfully since then.

But sometimes I get lazy. Yesterday, I tossed two Activia yogurt cartons into a garbage can at the Gazette-Times. And sometimes I put stuff in the recycling cart at home that can’t be recycled.

Being that this is Earth Day, I feel it’s the perfect occasion to offer confessions.
